By accessing or using the website located at sancarlosfence.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from RG San Carlos Fence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
RG San Carlos Fence provides residential and commercial fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services in San Carlos, CA and surrounding communities. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written estimate or contract provided to the Customer before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. We do not guarantee availability for any specific start date until a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.
All estimates provided by RG San Carlos Fence are based on the information available at the time of the on-site visit or inquiry. Estimates are not binding contracts. A final written quote will be provided before work begins.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered (such as underground obstructions, unmarked utilities, or significant grade changes not visible during the initial visit), or if the Customer requests changes to materials or design after the quote is issued.
We will notify the Customer in writing of any price changes before proceeding with additional or changed work. The Customer may accept or decline the revised scope.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Scheduling is subject to crew availability, permit timelines, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
If the Customer needs to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials already purchased or ordered.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances that would affect the safety or quality of the installation. We will notify the Customer promptly of any such changes.
Payment terms are stated in the written agreement provided before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling. The remaining balance is typically due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be stated in the written agreement. Payments not received by the agreed due date may result in a late fee and suspension of any warranty obligations until the account is current.
In the event that collection efforts become necessary, the Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred by the Company.
The Customer is responsible for:
The Company is not liable for damage to property, plants, irrigation systems, or other items that were not disclosed prior to work beginning and that could not be reasonably identified during the on-site visit.
Where required by local law, RG San Carlos Fence will apply for building permits on the Customer's behalf as part of the project. Permit fees, when applicable, will be included in the written quote.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any HOA rules, deed restrictions, or easement requirements are satisfied before work begins. The Company will comply with all applicable local building codes and regulations.
